“The chair is average. It is comfortable but the built does not seem solid. This is after one week. I got the headrest and this was a mistake. The website had zero info on this accessory. I am 6' tall, and so the fixed headrest (cannot be moved up or down) hits against my upper back and does not support my neck. So the whole design of the chair becomes useless. Sitting is uncomfortable. I have two options remove the headrest altogether, or tilt backwards the whole time (which is not an option). Almost 40$ down the drain. Btod asked me to return the whole chair in its original box and pay shipping cost ... because they cannot accept the return of an accessory. This is not customer service. Had they provided one line or any info on the headrest, i may have not bought it in the first place.
Key takeaway, do NOT buy the headrest if you are above 5' 8'' and do not count on customer service. Better to look elsewhere and maybe a better chair.”
