“Chair fits smaller people well. I'm 5'6" and feels good to me. Lots of adjustability. As noted in other reviews the arm rests can feel a tad hard but the adjustability is good. Good lower back support. Tilt feels nice. I also ordered the hard floor casters and they are smooth as silk. Easy to assemble. Only nit picky issue was the packaging that holds the hardware together had come apart during shipping. I found the nuts, bolts and Allen wrench at the bottom of the box. All parts were accounted for. BTOD shipped quickly and I had a nice buying experience.”
