“This chair is replacing an old Steelcase that I loved, but was too worn for too long. The OM Truly feels just as comfortable as my old Steelcase, but with way more features for adjustment! I ended up getting the Management adjustment settings and I think it was a good choice. The chair basically comes built for you- all you have to do is adjust the settings to your liking.
