“I like everything about what I chose for my chair features (and it's terrific that it's so easy to customize). The adjustability of the lumbar support is great for comfort during the work day. Same with the arm rests! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I wish the seat was a bit more "cushy". It's firmer than my favorite office chair at home.”

“Unfortunately I have to update my review. I gave up on the truly after about a week of adjusting the lumbar support to know avail. This chair caused me terrible tingling, numbness and pain in my back that I had never experienced before. I eventually gave up and switched back to my cheap amazon chair while I wait for this one to sell on Craigslist for half price. Non returnable. Don’t buy a chair without having sat in it. Especially an “ergonomic†one with a hard plastic back and dramatic lumbar “support†even on its flattest setting. If you don’t have much curve in your spine, prepare to be stabbed in the back.”
“I am very pleased with the chair quality. The review video was spot on. I upgraded to the aluminum arm rests and head rest but if I were to buy it again I think I would skip those, I don't think they are worth the extra money. Overall I am very pleased with the chair and the BTOD experience.”
