Recently purchased a Refurbished Ameap from BTOD (Steelcase Amia Frame + Leap Seat) and thought I'd share my experience. - Communication was great! Updates on both shipping and arrival. - Packing: Also great. Not much assembly either. - Product: AMAZING! The chair arrived and exceeded all of my expectations. The chair looked and felt new. I couldn't visually find any flaws or imperfections. It was like I received a new chair for the price of a refurb. All of the functions worked. The chair had all of the features and comfort represented in the BTOD YouTube reviews. Summary: This purchase process and the chair itself exceeded my expectations. I normally buy my office equipment from Amazon, but I will NEVER do that again. I'm now a fan of BTOD and will give them my future business. Thanks BTOD!

An excellent chair. The refurbished chair is definitely almost like a brand new chair. Assembly was easy. The box is a little bulky for a single person to move around. It helps to have help, but that is a minor thing. I appreciate that most of the chair is already assembled.

Good quality, comfortable seat. If you have to sit for long periods of time daily, having the right chair is critical. But, quality is usually expensive. This is the only chair I could find that provided quality at an affordable price.

I purchased this as a christmas gift and it has been working great. The chair came in great condition and delivery time was reasonable. Overall a great product and I would happily purchase again from BTOD

I wanted to like it as it's really cheap compared to other options but it didn't work for me. By itself the Leap seat isn't really uncomfortable but the thing is that it's designed to push you back or keep your back against the backrest and that's why it doesn't work that well with an Amia backrest, you could find yourself digging into the backrest . Quality is great for being remanufactured it's just the ergonomics didn't match and instead I bought the Amia from BTOD and it's great, the seat doesn't push me back now and I'm really liking it. I hated back pain and it has reduced a lot so far.
