“This is a fantastic chair. These chairs may not look fancy, but the ergonomics make them very comfortable and worth the money. The lumbar support and added cushion are A plus. It arrived like new. “The box was beat up by the time it arrived, and the protective cap on the end of the cylinder was broken. However the chair was easily to put together, and has been working great so far. I love the adjustment options. Apart from a couple of scuffs on the base, I can't tell it's a refurbished chair at all!”
“These chairs are solid, and this particular model is a nice access point into the Steelcase brand. The chair is comfortable, supports well, and seems to encourage better posture. The condition of the chair was excellent! I did opt for the new canister and armrests.
One minor con: The Ameap seems to be a way to sell the leftover parts from making a Lamia, and it's only advantage is price. As a guy with larger thighs, I think a straight up Amia would have been better. However, the Leap bottom is still flexible enough that this isn't really an issue.”

“MY CHAIR IS MAKING A NOISE EVERY TIME I SIT ON IT OR LEAN FORWARD. I WAS TOLD TO OIL THE SEAT TRACKS BUT I AM NOT TAKING THE SEAT OFF TO DO THAT. ESPECIALLY SINCE I DO NOT BELIVE THE NOISE IS COMING FROM THE TRACK.”
