“Chair arrived fast and was well packaged and very fast to assemble. This was my third attempt at buying a new office chair including a refurbished Amia from a different website. That one showed up in decent condition at best with very cheap replacement parts and an extremely sloppy fabric replacement. I was losing hope, but this one from BTOD is incredible. I can't find anything on it that doesn't look brand new. I should have come here first and I'm going to recommend this to anyone I know who is looking for a new office chair.”
“Very happy with the Amia refurbished chair. Seat and back fabric appears to be brand new. I opted for used original Steelcase armrests which show some usage which is acceptable. Wanted original armrests for the front/back, side to side and height adjustments. Seat cushion padding is comfortable and lumbar adjustment works well.
Assembly was easy with four bolts and the BTOD video on adjusting the chair was very helpful. Would buy from BTOD again.”

I chose grade A Steelcase cylinder and armrests, both looked brand new.
The chair is extremely comfortable and I can see why Steelcase chairs get so much praise. However, the seat while comfortable just didn't feel right to me. I think I need something with more side boltser support.
I felt like I was sitting "on" the chair instead of "in" it if that makes sense.
Had a small issue with shipping; FedEx absolutely thrashed the box and the box arrived with one of the legs sticking out.
Customer service was quick to reply and took care of it; very impressed.”
