“The chair is fantastic! Same one as I have at work (so I know I'd like the chair) and I was a bit hesitant to get a refurbished one but you cannot tell that it is not direct from Steelcase, and the seat cushion is softer!! Chair arrived sooner than expected too. All around a great buy.”
