“This is actually the second chair of this model that I've had. Personally, I found the quality of the other remanufactured chair from a different place to be better. Not just the scuffs, but things like the seat and cushion I felt were inferior to the other, this one is a little too soft for me when it comes to the seat cushion. Shipping took longer than I was informed it would as well, and goodluck on obtaining tracking info. All in all though, still beats buying one of these new!”
