Lumbar adjustment does not work. Don't know if it's a defect or just a bad design. Overall happy with the chair otherwise.

Everything is in good condition so no issues with it being refurbished. Only 3 stars given because the seat is very hard and uncomfortable. I prefer the ability to lock the back upright in place to help me maintain good posture and not always lean forward, but it doesn't completely lock in place so I have to lean forward to stop from leaning back. Otherwise the height is good for my 5' frame.

Loving this chair. No issues getting it put together since it was a simple and quick process. Nothing visually to indicate that this is a refurbished chair. The chair is exceptional for sitting in for 8+ hours a day especially because i'm able to adjust the chair to fit me optimally.

I love the chair and it looks and feels like new at half the price! The only imperfection I noticed was a small scuff on the back of the chair and that was noted in the description and pictures when I bought it.

The chair looks good and it is very comfortable. However, initially it had different and strong chemical odors. One of the smells is the armrests. Another smell is cleaners, the seat itself had a strong cleaner smell and maybe another smell. I was only able to reduce the smell with several sessions of steaming and drying which took days, only after that I was able to use it.
