The standout experience is the amount of videos BTOD has on YouTube. I felt the purpose was to educate and not sell you, which was refreshing. Their reviews of chairs (theirs & others) showing pros and cons of both was very helpful in deciding what chair to get. This goes above & beyond their competition. I was able to watch several videos before choosing to purchase.
A video discussing the issue of soft vs firmer seating & how the more expensive chairs trend to firmer seating was excellent. I was replacing a super soft Serta chair that was giving me back problems because I sank so far into it that resulted a bad curving of my spine. The Leap v2 has firmer seating, adjustable lumbar support that eliminated my back pain right away. A major feature for me is at the front of the seat where it flexes downward taking pressure off the back of my legs. I was skeptical of firmer seating but was very surprised how comfortable it is, of course in combination with ergonomic design. I like chairs with arm rests but my wife doesn't. The Leap v2 is one of the few armrests that have a lot of adjustment and can drop down low enough to get out of her way & also raise high enough to work perfect for me, score!
