“Be forewarned that the seatpad on the refurbished Leap v2 is very firm. May not be enough cushion for some. Otherwise, an excellent chair for this price. And BTOD customer service is great. I will buy from them again (actually, already have).”
“Chair came well packaged in a huge box to my front door. There's about 3 parts you have to take out and just put together. If you have the chair with the side activated cylinder, make sure to be extremely precise about aligning the tab with the seat height lever. I installed mine slightly off and the chair would sink whenever I sat on it. If you mess this part up, you need to reassemble by taking apart the chair with a pipe wrench. I got frustrated at customer service but they were patient with me and helped me to assemble it properly.
The chair hasn't had any sinking issues or any other significant problems so far. I've pretty satisfied with their refurbishment process . The fabric feels clean and the seat cushion doesn't feel deflated.”

“The chair is a great chair and I like it a lot. Just know that setup can be a hassle if the cylinder doesn't work to lower the chair and you need to adjust the set screw. I recommend adjusting the set screw a quarter at a time and checking because if you miss the right spot you will be adjusting forever.”
