“I just re-watched your videos on ways to work my way up to pullups. Im still using your bws Pocket Coach, read your emails, my problem is when I ordered to Whey Protein it comes in this bag. So annoying, the picture shows a lid screw protein Bottle.
I use another old protein bottle to store the powder but i wish I didnt have to do that.
For the whey itself I don't like when I shake it up it bubbles, get foam, French vanilla taste horrible by itself but I usually mix it with something else..
I personally don't know if itself is working , but since I'm muscular with fat over it I'll know as I begin to shed to fat and see my weight if it was muscle that started to keep my weight up/maintained while slowly losing pounds”
“This whey protein or so they say it IS whey protein is just tooo good to be that !! I swear this mix has to be some kind of milk shake mix. It’s so damn good I find myself making it in the evening as my final TREAT for the day.
Goodbye dish of ice cream, good bye slice of pie , HELLO to my new queen of treat—fresh frozen blueberries,5 cubes of ice, 1 1/2 cups of chocolate milk and one scoop of the magic elixir!
Yummy and go to bed with happy tummy and a smile on my face!!
Of course it’s not drink and straight to bed( not a good idea to do with anything) but bedtime is better time for me now !”
“Very happy with everything about the product except the really strong fake vanilla taste. I’d probably prefer just an unflavored version at this point so I can add water or milk. I think having a protein shake that tastes like nothing beats one that tastes way too sweet.”
“Tasty vanilla flavor with hint of caramel. With only 4 ingredients, you’re ingesting high quality whey protein needed for muscle building. I usually add some collagen and either cacao powder or berries with a combined 1 cup organic kefir, milk, and Almond milk with the whey three times a day. Getting this high quality protein evenly throughout the day meets my protein, carb, and fat macros while keeping me vascular-lean and nutritionally-fulfilled daily for several months.”
