However the shift from a cylindrical plastic package to a bag caught me by surprise. If I knew this was coming I would have kept a couple of packages and refill them from the bag.
I think you should keep an option to receive the poweder in the plastic container. Ideally as an option. I know I would order it once more and then order a bag. To incentivize folks to do the same, the plastic container could cost a bit more.”
“I have been very impressed / pleased with the Built With Science program, products and team. So much so that I have suscribed to have their Whey Protein Isolate delivered monthly. I like the powder alot and the fact that it has minimal ingrediants is a huge plus. Flavor is great, the powder is not chalky and I use it daily! It goes really well with some frozen blueberries/almond milk. I normally use this powder in a blender for best results.
The one issue I have with getting this product shipped is that it comes in a bag rather than a tub. The problem with the bag is that they always seem to be leaking (from top) by the time it reaches my home (wasting precious protein) in Chicago, il.... My request would be to package the powder differently so it does not leak.
