“Solid construction. I have thick door frames in my house and also travel so I wanted something I could put in any room or take with me that wasn’t dependent on a door frame. Easy set up and tear down. Doesn’t feel flimsy, granted I’m 5’4” 140lbs but I like to do strict pull ups and toe touches without swinging or using momentum and the bar doesn’t really move which is awesome. The actual pull-up bar is right in the medium thickness range. Not so thick I can barely get my hands around and not super thin. Again I’m small and have small hands. The dip bars are great. Overall I am impressed with the construction materials and ease of use, it’s exactly what I was looking for and I think in this day and age the price reflects the quality of the product. I use it everyday and am already seeing improvements with my dead hangs, pull up counts and general fitness because I have it set up in a way that I walk by it and hop up to do an exercise real quick or stretch.”
