Bought this sub from Manchester shop, popped in to the shop Saturday afternoon, after brief chat with 1 of the sales staff i decided to buy this sub, good price and excellent reviews, along with obvious ability for discreet placement in car, of course I was sceptical about the performance despite the rave reviews, i needn't of worried. after some reassuring and helpful words from sales guy (sorry should of asked your name)i decided i would fit and wire up myself, (1st time I've done anything like this)probably took about about an hour and a half, (thanks YouTube aswel) all cables rooted and concealed how many a tutorial describe and illustrate, but to see the results in my car and achieved by me is very satisfying, And the big test after all that, worked fine first time, everything plugged in and connected correctly, oh the BASE this small compact thing kicks out is a joy! I'll probably nip back to the shop for some setup and tweaking advice, watch this space Edd

Really shocked with this subwoofer had it installed at ilford store in my smart car. I just can believe the sound you get from this little unit. Excellent buy highly recommend to anyone looking to add a small unit with big bass to their car.

Went in to Leicester store to improve the sound quality in my Toyota pick up. After some advice i went for the USW12 as I was lacking depth from my sound system. This is an AMAZING sub woofer. Its compact and produce more then enough bass. It is a little on the heavy side but I guess that helps with sound and build quality of this. Over all I am impressed with the results. Great piece of kit!

Installed this sub over the weekend and have to say what a sub. Well built with great tonal sound. Remote is a bit plasticy but overall it's a great package. Installed in a 2012 seat Leon with standard sound system. It has made a great deal of difference as the sub sits under the passenger seat. Would recommend this sub to anyone who is looking for a powerful under seat sub.

Thanks to Yasin at the Northwood CarAudioCentre for all his help and advice with the install of this active subwoofer to complement the B&O system in my Audi S5 Sportback. The standard B&O system lacks low-end bass, but this InPhase sub fills in the gaps nicely without being too overbearing. You have to be realistic with the amount of bass you are expecting (i.e. don't expect ground-shaking bass from this product), but if you are looking for a little bit extra oomph, then I would definitely recommend this product and heartily recommend you go the Northwood to get it fitted. Will definitely use you guys again! Thanks!

Fitted in my old diesel Sprinter van along with a JVC DAB head head unit. Very pleased with the quality of the sound. I can now hear all the music right down to the bottom end and it really pumps if you want it! Superb!

I bought a USW10 from the Birmingham branch about 9 months ago and was mostly pleased with its performance but it just wasn't outputting as much bass as I'd like before it reached its limits. I just upgraded to the USW12 and its definitely a big improvement. I'm still in the run-in phase (yay puns) where it's got to be kept below 50% for 30 hours, I'm keeping it at 30% for the first 10~ hours and even then the bass is notably crisper, louder and delivered quicker. But then as this sub has nearly 3.5x the combined cone surface area of the USW10 (730 cm2 vs 214 cm2), this isn't surprising! I also found the USW10 response was quite laggy, kicking about 100~150ms after the main speakers did (I've installed using the speaker / high level input option), with the USW12 this delay appears to have been vastly improved upon (it's now sub-50ms, lol more puns). As for fitment, when I fit the USW10 under my VXR8's passenger seat it was a reasonably snug fit but would occasionally slide out, the USW12 is about 6mm taller causing it to be a very tight fit, it required a lot of elbow grease to get it to slide under the seat. There's definitely no worry of the USW12 sliding back out. Whats even better is the wiring loom was directly compatible between the USW10 and USW12 so I didn't need to rewire it all. Perfect upgrade :) Once I've completed the 30 hour run-in I'll post another review based on its full performance!
