“Subwoofer arrived fine, but after installing it I found that it was not properly built because, the front baffle would rattle when the subwoofer was playing. Returned the item, and now in the process of getting my money back because clearly this product has got a flaw. As usual the company takes long to reply to emails and it’s been over a week since they have received my return back and I have yet to hear any updates. This only proves one thing and that is the company is not serious about their business and are not wiling to take any responsibility. I sent an email regarding the return and no answer in 24h which is funny because before they receive the return they would respond within 2h… now that they receive the return they won’t answer in a timely manner. Quick to take money but very hard to return money when things do go wrong. Typical red flag for a business. It’s ok though, things will not be left alone.”
