“Excellent belt! I have herniated discs, and this has helped relieve a lot of pressure while limiting the twisting motions that often trigger pain. Even after just one day of use, I noticed a big difference. I recommend starting with 15 minutes inflated, then deflating for 20 minutes to let your body gradually adjust.”
