“I would definitely recommend this back belt. I started using it fully inflated, and now I wear it with just a little or no inflation at all. “It appears to be working for me. I still have a sore back, but pain is getting less. I look at this belt being a long term remedy and not an overnight success. At this stage I am giving myself 6-months with the belt doing 1-hour per day to see of my back discomfort is totally gone.”

“This is surprisingly affordable, and I put it to use right away. With my impacted L4 and L5, I felt relief almost immediately after trying it. You just need to position it correctly above the hip bones, tighten it snugly, but not too tight and then inflate. I actually fell asleep wearing it, and when I stretched slightly in a chiropractic-style position, my lower back cracked and released. The relief was incredible.”
