“I wear it twice a day for 15 minutes and notice an immediate difference. My physiotherapist, chiropractor, and doctor all liked the way it provides upward and downward support. It’s ideal for long walks, though I wouldn’t recommend wearing it while sitting if you have a bigger belly like me. Highly recommended!”
