“Really really nice product. Very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship. A buy-it-for-life type of product. My only note of constructive feedback is maybe better packaging or a cap of some kind to protect the dowels. I had a few that were broken. It was all packed very nicely; but we all know shipping is really hard on such heavy and cumbersome items, so the one end was pretty beat up. Not the end of the world; easy enough to drill out and replace (I'm not a woodworker, but handy enough and have decent mechanic-oriented tools, power tools, etc). Super affordable, too ("cheap" frames on Amazon, Wayfair, etc can be the same price).
Overall, super happy with the purchase! Cheers!”
“I can't believe I could buy a US-made, queen size, platform bedframe for less than $300. It assembled easily. There was damage to some of the pegs and one fastener from shipping which I was able to work around during assembly because the product itself is well made.”
“This is an amazing bed. Assembly was easy. The support is amazing. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. It’s not an over sized bed frame. It’s all solid wood, none of that particle board crap.
I placed my order and it shipped about two weeks later ( as stated in the item description on website ). It arrived a few days after it shipped.”
“Very happy with our purchase! We were skeptical given the price but it's very good quality and a great value for the money. It was well packaged, instructions were easy and the pieces are labeled. The only negative I found was the stickers used to label the pieces left a lot of glue residue, but nothing a little denatured alcohol didn't cure. We chose to paint our bed. We did a finish sanding with 220 paper to smooth it out a bit, cleaned it all with denatured alcohol, primed and finished with 2 coats of Ben Moore Advance cabinet & trim paint. Probably a $1000.00 bed pre-finished from one of those "foo-foo" sites, but if you're not afraid of some finishing work the Hudson is an awesome value!”
