“Solid well designed platform bed. Bed arrived on time, well packaged and without damage. Initial finish recieved stain well. One minor problem, headboard was repaired in one spot and glue was not fully sanded out.”
“Our bed came surprisingly quickly (just a few weeks after we ordered it), and wasn't too hard to assemble, though you'll need two people to do it. We were worried because some of the holes were a little crooked, but everything fit together and it's been rock solid with no creaking or movement. It looks great and I love the smell of the wood. We have banged our knees on the corners a couple times, but I imagine we'll get used to it. So happy to have this bed that will last forever from a great small business!”

“The frame is very well made. Solid wood feels very sturdy. The color of the natural wood is beautiful and the wood grain adds a lot of character. The large slats are over engineered. You can walk on the mattress and the frame won't move or make a noise. It's great.
Be aware that the little wrench that came with the frame is very flimsy and easily bend. I had to use my own wrench to tighten the nuts.
I'm a little disappointed at the headboard. It's 3 pieces of wood glued together. Given the price point and the pictures, I was expecting it would be one piece and not multiple pieces glued together. The headboard was the main reason why I got the frame. Mine looks very obvious that there are 3 pieces glued together since they don't match every well. Plus there are sign of some kind of beetle damage. I can replace it later, but the headboard was the point of getting the frame.”

“Amazing bed frame. I did tons of research and I'm so happy I found Carolina Leg Co. The frame oesn't squeek or shake and feels like it is built to last, unlike other beds you can find from some of the major retailers. It comes unfinished. I used Rubio Monocoat Pure and the ash turns a lovely light honey color & brings the grain out well. Very easy to put together. The design is beautiful. I love everything about this frame & highly recommend it if you want a sturdy, beautiful frame!”
