“I ordered the 20oz pint glass with near the top on the outside the word GUINNESS appears with an open space for engraving the recipients name for whom the gift is intended for. The last engagement already on the glass is FAVORITE PINT. I did not receive this pint glass that is shown on your website. You have no telephone number listed for customers to call for wrong orders. Upon request, I will send you a photo showing you the missing line of “Favorite Pint. I’m not looking for a refund, but rather if you could, send me the pint glass shown on your website.
