“One of the 2 glasses with engraving wasn't included in the original delivery. Time-consuming to get it figured out (although the customer service attended to the issue right away and shipped the item) The glass itself is ok. Engraving is a bit uneven, but overall a fun gift since we recently visited the Guinness brewery in Dublin.”
