“The pouch inside broke and I reached out to casemate and I still have yet to hear any updates. I had the tote for all of two days and the little pouch inside the zipper broke so now it can’t hold anything at all. I didn’t have anything but a lipgloss and hair tie in there so it wasn’t full. Not happy after spending 80 bucks on a tote.”
