“As I received the battery pack, immediately I charged it. Once fully charged, the lights turned on but my iPhone doesn't charge. The blue light keeps blinking and it eventually powers off on its own, without providing any charge.”

“I got mine in May 2022 and currently (Nov 2024) it’s just starting to decline. It still charges my phone but I have to click the ‘on’ button a few times to get it to work. But for the past two years, it’s been seamless. It does pick up color like someone else commented. Mine is slightly stained blue but besides that it’s easy to use and works!”

Update: it picks up colors and stains easily. I have not used it much and is truly a backup. As of the past month it doesn’t turn on to charge the phone but does does respond after being plugged in and shows full charge. Kind of defeats the purpose of being a backup charger.
I don’t recommend this product.”
“Was excited to get this and have on hand. I have to remove my otter box cover on my iPhone 13 to have it stick, not a huge deal. But sometimes it’s difficult to turn on. I’ve used it three times and it does charge pretty quickly but only makes it to about 60% on a 20% battery. And gets really HOT. Was going to buy a new case for the phone so that the magnet will work without taking off case, but after seeing the quality of the battery pack I think I’ll get a different battery pack instead. Kind of disappointed”
