“I received a new shipment of CatSpot clumping coconut litter, and it is totally different than the product I am used to receiving. I went to open the new box today and add to the little bit of my old bag I had and was immediately disappointed in the obviously lower quality litter in an unlabeled bag. This sucks because I've had good luck with cat spot over the years, if I receive another shipment like this I'm going to be switching litters.”
“I'm very happy using this litter because it's natural and non toxic for my fur babies and the environment. It's soft on their paws easy to use and is good at masking some odor because it's natural. I'm sensitive to fragrance and so are my kitties. The only way I would improve is changing the bag to a strong paper bag instead of plastic.”
“The formulation has changed for the clumping litter making it no more effective than the non-clumping product. It doesn’t form a hard clump like it used to and does not control odor as well as it did. I cancelled my subscription and will find an alternative product.”
