“My cats Bruckner and Bonkers have been using CatSpot (Clumping and Non-Clumping) for some time without any complaints. They have recommended their coconut litter to everyone who has complimented them on their clean and odor-free bathroom. FIVE STAR.....until the arrival of April's litter order, an unmarked bag with no smiling kitty to say hello or even a note explaining the change. Then......the litter started sticking to their paws and was tracked everywhere and the odor-free bathroom disappeared! There was a definite change and I sent an email asking if there was an issue as this had not been a problem for the last 3 plus years and received the computer-generated response to provide a product review. No time for that....and maybe it was an isolated issue.
And then this month's order arrived! Bonkers and Bruckner (and Me) got ROBBED! The bag of litter was visual shorted. I bought this matter to CatSpots attention by email and received the same computer response.

“The markdown is not due to the product, but for the litter bag condition with a recent delivery. Within the box, the bag had a two inch slash cut at its center. Some litter had spilled out, and handling the bag, so as not to spill out more litter, was a minor chore.”
“It seems every month my order comes later and later. It used to arrive around the 20th. Almost into June and still haven't gotten my May order. Even increased my order to 2 bags a month, but if they aren't here I can't use them, can I?”
“This is such great cat litter! It's perfect for the cats, doesn't create any dust, scoops perfectly and the box is easy to wash (no stuck on spots that require "coaxing" to come off). THEN, I take the used litter outside and either put it in compost bin, fill in low spots in the yard, usually where chickens have dug it up or moles have holes, etc. (grass grows perfectly in it!), use it in the bottom of pots when I plant (saves money on potting soil) and even mixed it in cement when I wanted a special effect and color in our walkway and stone wall. It looks terrific! We also have the CatSpot litter box with the sides and love it. Litter stays in the box and it doesn't seem to suffer the scratches in the plastic the way the other 25 or so boxes that we've had do. (I could never get those to look clean!) This one looks brand new after I wash it.
