Their comments were that there was too much binding and the only obvious crab meat was on the very top of the crab cake. They said all the cost was shipping and packaging not on the product. This was not what I was expecting!”

“Very full of dense breading. Just a few crab lumps on top of the cakes. We couldn’t even finish them because the texture was so gross (think wet bread - but fishy wet bread). I baked them per directions. Quality is way down since we originally started ordering these cakes many many years ago.”
