“Fact: I don't like frozen meat. My entire childhood consisted of meat sitting on the kitchen counter waiting to defrost. So, to buy a FROZEN chateaubriand instead of a fresh one at the supermarket? Even though Chesapeake Bay's offering was frozen, I took a risk. Well, it was delightful! I loved not having to cook it. I worry that it won't come out medium rare to medium even with a meat thermometer. This chateaubriand was cooked to perfection and heated up beautifully. My husband and I ate half for Christmas dinner and ate the other half cold a day later. Yum! Highly recommend! I will order again for another special event.”
