I really enjoy ChessUp, but I’m disappointed there isn’t more lessons. There’s no lessons in the intermediate, expert, or master categories.

Chessup is great - the inbuilt AI provides very challenging games even without the APP. I play every day and my game has improved so much. The Help system is very good and helps me to learn the best moves in many positions. All in all I am very pleased with this purchase and have moved on to playing both over the board and on-line games with renewed confidence. Thank you Chessup !

I am really enjoying my Chessup. I have been going through some games from Bobby Fischer.

This is a fantastic tool to allow family and friends to play chess remotely. Would have been amazing to have during COVID lockdown. I would recommend changing the look of the chessup section of the app to show the whole chessup board, not just the grid, so that users can see which side the pieces need to be on before the game starts.

My review on Chessup can only be very positive. I own several electronic chessboards but I believe that Chessup is definitely the best for ease of play, features and maneuverability of the pieces, simplicity of connection to the main chess sites. Definitely an excellent purchase for both beginners and more experienced players.

Great fun and the responsiveness is astounding! I’ve had it get confused during OTB games, usually during a castle or a piece getting captured - but no big deal. It has been great for teaching my kids, and they love it!

My grandson wanted ChessUp for his 10th birthday badly enough to put $100 of saved-up allowance toward it. He is thrilled with it (rates it 5 stars) and showed it to his coach and the other kids at chess night this week. He says it will help prepare him better for monthly rated tournaments, which he has been playing in for about a year. His dad rarely has time to play him and his school's chess club is too expensive. I haven't had a chance yet to find out whether it will help me play against him more competitively. (I haven't been able to beat him since he was about 7, so I hope so.)
