Incredible scenery and environment . Disappointed that the Falkland Islands were missed and unable to camp due to weather. My mattress kept sliding off my bed when the sea was rough, I thought they would have been prepared for that. I wasn’t impressed about the automatic tipping applied to our accounts either. The Intrepid and ship crew were amazing.

I found Antartica to be a unique and magical place. Words are not adequate to describe it and photos aren’t able to truly capture its beauty and vastness. For me it felt like being on another planet and stirred a lot of emotion in me.

The whole Antartica experience was first class. Attention to booking detail was faultless, the ship was very adequate and the Intrepid team and ship staff were fantastic. It is difficult to write a short review which adequately covers just how amazing and inspirational this trip was. The quality of the speakers and their enthusiasm was wonderful to see. Great teamwork by the staff at all times. I always felt safe and well cared for.

The trip on the Ocean Endeavour was spectacular. I can highly recommend it. Chimu did a great job of organising the trip and keeping us informed of all we needed to know. The expedition staff and the hospitality staff were all excelled on the Ocean Endeavour. The food was impressive and plenty of it. With 2 excursions onto the ice a day and 2 zodiac cruises per day we certainly got to experience Antarctica

I recently went on an unforgettable Antarctica expedition from November 27th to December 7th through Chimu adventures. Gareth who is the point of contact who helped before and after the embarkation trip, setting up my experience in argentina as well. coming to Antarctica trip which was executed throughout the OCEAN ENDEAVOUR SHIP. In Antarctica, The landscapes were nothing short of spectacular—towering glaciers, massive icebergs, and abundant wildlife, including only a few types (Gentoo, Adele, Chinstrap ) of penguins, seals, and rare whales. Each day felt like a new adventure, with the untouched beauty of the continent leaving a lasting impression on shore landings and mountaineering. The expedition ship was comfortable but not great. since its almost 40 years old, with fewer amenities - failed to have heaters in the cabins and no control over the temperature setting of the air conditioner blowers, apart from the hospitalities like cleaning the cabin daily, fresh towels, hygienic water, the food was excellent, Steward were so humble and kind that they made long days of exploration relaxing. A highlight of the trip was stepping onto remote, pristine locations, where the silence was almost surreal. We also had opportunities to kayak, cruise past ice floes, and take zodiacs to get close to wildlife. Overall, the expedition Met my expectations, offering breathtaking natural beauty and enriching experiences. It is highly recommended for anyone seeking a once-in-a-lifetime adventure on a compressed budget and a good deal. Please go through Chimu adventures. they provide you with constant updates on deals and let you pick the right one based on your needs budget. Thanks to the team of chimu. keep up the good work.

What an adventure. From passing through the Drake Passage with ease due to very calm waters to seeing 4 varieties of penguins over the next 10 days. We were lucky enough to be able to be the first ship of the season to sail through the Weddel Seas thick sea ice to get to Snow Hill. The weather was exceptional and we were able to get the helicopters to take us to the Emporer Penguin colony. What a sight was in front of us on. On the path a lone Emporer was blocking my way to the colony so I went around him and before my eyes was the sight of the Snow Hill penguin colony. Too many emporers to count with many chicks still trying to get their feet. The expedition ship was comfortable and relaxing with 3 daily talks by the knowledgeable experts who spoke of many various topics relating to Antarctica. The food was always tastey with many choices at every meal as well as a coffee and tea station that was accessable anytime day or night. I haven't stopped talking of the Expedition I was lucky to go on and it exceeded my expectations of what my time in Antarctica would be like.
