How satisfied were you with the planning of your itinerary?

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Yes to go to the Anarctic Circle as we were supposed to, the prime reason for selecting and paying the premium for this trip, especially given the beautiful calm weather we had. Intrepid were negligent in managing their own medical rules, extremely disappointing. Further action is required as Intrepid have failed to meet their advertised "Journey To The Circle" .

Please share your thoughts on any specific tours or hotels that you would recommend or would not recommend? The meals at the Wyndahm Park Hotel were very poor and overpriced, service however was good.

We are always looking at ways to improve our sustainability efforts. Can you tell us about any initiatives you saw at the accommodations you stayed at to conserve energy or reduce waste? Please specify the town/city and hotel name where you observed these All seemed very conscious of being eco minded and practiced..

Were any of the activities you participated in during your trip designed to protect the environment? If so, please share details about your experience. Yes protection of the Antarctic environment was well managed, boot and clothingcleaning was well done.

Please share your thoughts on any specific tours or hotels that you would recommend or would not recommend? Chimu person, Craig, pulled together the 'right' balance for me. Appreciated the driver pick up at airports which made arriving at a new place so much easier.

“The crew and expedition team are great, especially Stephi (leader), Mariano, Claudia, Nico, Ellie, Jenny, Russell, Alberto, and Hannah R. They are like 40, so I'm sorry if I'm forgetting someone. Also, Vincent, Milos, and David from the restaurant. I don't remember the name of the man who serviced my room, but he was wonderful too. Great organization and communication skills. I feel the vessel itself and the rooms need a renovation or better maintenance. I would also improve some details in service, but overall an amazing experience.”

How satisfied were you with the planning of your itinerary?

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving I was told our 14 year old couldn’t do certain activities on the boat which lead to a lot of stress as one of us would have to stay behind on the ship with him and miss out. As it turned he was allowed to do all the activities ie kayaking, camping on the ice. So the stress and emails and changing decisions were unnecessary. Next time I will book directly with the parent company Intrepid so I get accurate information. The cruise on Ocean Endeavour was absolutely fantastic!!

Detailed checks of our clothes and equipment with staff to ensure everything was clean. Boots washed with antiseptic before and after every zodiac adventure.
