Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving We felt arriving into Cusco late and then driving to Ollantaytambo, then back to Pisac the next morning was a bit much. We could see that the idea was 2 nights in 1 hotel, but it was alot of driving back and forth on same bumpy road.

“Chimu were fantastic to work with. Pre departure we worked with Lisa who sorted the itinierary for us. During our holiday the various tour guides were fantastic.We had a diversion in Bolivia but Lisa was on hand to help us sort the changes and helped us feel confident doing so. The trip was fantastic from the cities, to the landscapes and the local adventures inbetween. Some bucklet list adventure for us and would most definently recommend.”

Chimu's efficiency was staggering, from the transfer driver/ guide accompanying us to be sure our hotel booking went without a hitch, to knowledgeable and friendly guides to small moments we will remember always, what a trip.

Interesting accomodation, local knowledgable and trustworthy guides, reliable transport and fun destinations with challenges for the brave. Terrific airlines , airports and comfortable transits. We used the early queue for over 60 year olds and appreciated applying for a nd gaining upgrades.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Pretty balanced itinerary but perhaps suggest some longer stays with fewer very early departures.

Were you satisfied with the efforts taken to minimize environmental impacts during your trip?

“A feast for all senses...from the search for the best empanada...by the way that was out of a 200year old massive oven in the backstreets of Pisac in Peru's Sacred Valley, to the variety of animals in Galapagos and Amazonia, where we marvelled at the full moon viewing of the opening of Amazonia water lilies. Don't expect to see big, beautiful South America in a short visit!”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Would have liked one day Lisa in Cusco, every thing was closed on Sunday which was our free day. Would have liked extra day in Rio. Instead of Tigre tour in Buenos Aires we would have liked a farm trip.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. We really enjoyed the company of our many drivers and tour guides. They were a wealth of information and happy to part with their knowledge.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving We were left on two occasions alone with the owner of a clothing store and villagers of a floating reed community when it was apparent the hard sell was on. We felt very uncomfortable when we couldn’t communicate properly.

Were you satisfied with the efforts taken to minimize environmental impacts during your trip?

“Mark & I were very happy about the destinations we chose for Chimu to ‘sew’ together for our tour of mainly the western side of South America.”
