Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. We enjoyed finding our own way around Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro and thought that the tour of both sides of Iguazu Falls was worth doing.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought worked really well. One of the most helpful things was that the driver picking me up from the airport sent a selfie before I arrived and I was able to send him one of myself. He totally warned me not to go with anyone else and that the transfer was paid for. My city tour was guided by a young man, Brian, who was excellent. He was friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, informative and trustworthy. He went out of his way to drop me at the funicular at the end of the trip and explain how I could safely walk back to my hotel.

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Very little. I was a little confused as to whether to wait for my tour guides in the lobby or outside the hotel.

“Chimu provided a wonderful itinerary for my 3 night stopover in Santiago, Chile. The guides were very helpful and reliable, the 2 tours (half day city tour and full day Valparaiso tour) were excellent and I was the only one on each tour. I felt very safe in a city I was concerned about being in on my own.”

Describe the aspects of your itinerary that you thought needs improving Delayed Latam flights , delayed luggage in Santiago , poor communication about checkin on code share flights- I was unable to do online checkin with either Qantas or Latam - Qantas customer assistance solved the problem on arrival in Melbournr.
