“Missing huge chunks/branches meaning it could not look more uneven mo matter which way you turn it. Delivery was very good but I'll never buy a tree online again. Feels like they leave the worst ones for online-only.”

Please rate our Service from Christmas Forest

“We have been using the Christmas Forest for a number of years and this year we placed our usual order, (Brent-cross) the tree was due to arrive to our school on Thursday 26th November. After calling to see where the tree was, we were told there seemed to be a system error and someone will look into it and try to arrange for delivery that day, no-one called us back so after chasing again we were then told the invoice hadn't been paid (IF this was the case surely you would call your customer prior and explain they couldn't dispatch the tree until payment had been made) we chased our accounts who advised they hadn't received an invoice which we explained to your people who again said they would get back to us. No call back so we chased up again to be told they couldn't deliver the tree until the following Tuesday. No apology, we explained this wasn't good enough as the children would be so disappointed (it was decorating the tree day on the Friday and all the children had bought in their decorations) Michelle explained this to your staff who simply couldn't care less. We then asked for the delivery charge to be waived as a gesture of goodwill - naturally, considering you had completely messed up our order - and really this should have been offered. We were told they couldn't do this. What terrible customer service for a loyal customer. Needless to say we cancelled the order and would never use you again. It appears as you have grown, you clearly don't NEED our custom anymore and customer service has gone out the window. How disappointing.”
