“Was delivered on time which was great and it was the right size but that was the end of the good things! Firstly our delivery person didn’t have a mask on which seemed a bit tone deaf to the pandemic. And then when we opened the tree BUGS fell out everywhere!! All different kinds too and a worm! I have had live Christmas tress my entire life and have had 3 delivered to my flat in London and this is the first time I EVER saw anything this disgusting. When we called they said that our tree must not have been sprayed/treated correctly and that we needed to remove the tree from out flat immediately! My poor husband had to drag a bug infested tree outside 30 mins after we got it. Total nightmare. And then to top it off we were offered another tree to be dropped off, you have GOT to be kidding me. Promptly asked for a refund ... we will find a tree somewhere else.”

“We have already emailed and been offered a replacement tree which we decided to decline as we did not wish the tree to go to waste. It was absolutely filthy, covered in mud and loose bits and pieces”

“We love the tree! When ordering I paid for installation and delivery and didn't realise that didn't include a stand. So Perhaps a little nudge on the website before checking out that asks ''do you need a stand as you booked installation?'' I may have missed it if it already exists!”

“Love the tree! It’s very full! Although it’s always a bit annoying that the top 6-9” of any Christmas tree is basically a single branch with no needles on it. They should add in an extra 6” of height to be safe.”
