“Disappointed by the hole in the T shirt, also the paking material stained the t shirt at the level of the hole so it would have been a return even if no hole. Disapponinted by the charging on my paypal account of a t shirt I did not receive. I understand there was a reason but whatever, you don't charge first then wait for the customer to complain. Finally I am pleased that instead of arguing you state you are taking care of the problems. I have not seen my money back for the t shirt I have never received though.”

“Great fit and the service was outstanding - no issues with getting changes made to the fit after a first try. This is one company that really lives and breathes customer service. I will be using them exclusively from now on, for their service, their ethical approach to sourcing and the fact that they are an All Australian Company.”
