“We took a Beginners Mochi Making course as a corporate event activity and the class couldn't have been better. We received a warm welcome from Simon and Hanna on our arrival. The teaching kitchen was all set up and very well equipped. Throughout the lesson Simon and Hanna gave clear easy to follow instructions as well as being patient and helpful if we needed extra help. I was impressed at the huge array of filling available to put in our mochi. In addition to the instructions, Simon and Hanna were very informative about the history of mochi and variations in different parts of the world. We thoroughly enjoyed the class and would highly recommend.”
