I had such a great time at this Ethiopian cooking class! Each step of the recipes was explained really thoroughly, making it easy to follow along even if you were new to the dishes. It was brilliant how practical the session was - we were all able to participate hands-on in each stage of creating the meal, which made it even more fun and memorable. We made injera, misir wot, shiro, and atakilt. The class was vegan/vegetarian-friendly, but there were also meat options for those who wanted them. Highly recommend to anyone interested in learning more about Ethiopian food and culture in a relaxed, welcoming environment!

Our teacher was very accompanying of our food preferences and intolerances. She adapted the recipes to suit everyone. The food we made was delicious and we would highly recommend this class to anyone.

Well organised. It would have been nice to be given recipes to take home. I did expect more for the price, but overall it was a decent experience.
