You'll follow step-by-step instructions guiding you on the art of dim sum creation. From rolling the dough, preparing and mixing the fillings, to forming the dumplings and cooking them, your local expert chef will be there to give you all the tips and tricks you need.

You'll be shown how to make 3 of the most popular classic steamed dim sum:
- Har Gow 蝦餃 (Crystal Prawn Dumplings).
- Chiu Chow Fun Gwor 潮州粉果 (Chiu Chow steamed dumplings).
- Sui Mai 燒賣 (Open Top Steamed Pork And Prawn Dumplings).

We use PRAWN and PORK in the recipes.
If you can't eat prawn or pork, let us know and let us know if you would like chicken instead as a substitute. (for example)

eg: 1 person NO PORK: chicken instead, 1 person NORMAL
eg: Both people NO PRAWN: VEG instead.

Great experience ! Teacher was cheerful and helping. It's a very good moment to share with friends, family, couple or even on your own ! I found this class good vfm and would recommend to anybody interested in learning how to make dim sums.
