Our class was great! The teacher was absolutely amazing, she was so patient and really clear with her instructions. She often asked if we wanted her help or if we wanted her to watch us try and then help- it was the perfect balance! Had a fab time and definitely recommend!

The Pottery experience itself was good. Me and my partner enjoyed this. The big issue I take is with the pickup service and the time it took to retrieve our final creations. We paid extra to have our creations fired and glazed but only found out about 2 months later that my partners creations did not survive the process through a note wrapped in newspaper with replacements we did not ask for.. Really, this was an inappropriate way to handle the situation and a refund for the firing process should have been offered as we paid for our creations and not the creation of another. While its appreciated it was given in an attempt to make amends. We'd rather not have bought someone elses creation because at that point we could just buy these things off the shelve. (No offense they are made much better than our original pieces but its the sentimental value thats important to us).

The class was great. The teachers were really accommodating. They gave us plenty of attempts and attended to individual participants to help out.

The session was very fun, the teacher was very helpful. Maybe a bit slower pace in teaching might be more helpful, apart from that everything was really good
