“Sari was friendly and gave good candle care tips. Most of the workshop involved waiting for the wax to cool, which made it feel less engaging. It was also less hands-on compared to other workshops I’ve attended. At the beginning, you spend about 5–10 minutes choosing a fragrance from Sari’s list. She heats the wax, and then you weigh the mixture and mix in the fragrance. After that, you wait for it to cool before pouring it into your jar. I was hoping for more involvement in the candle-making process, such as learning about different wax types or melting and preparing the wax ourselves. That would have made the experience feel more interactive and educational. That said, I’m excited about burning this candle.”

“What a lovely way to spend a few hours with my friend to make our own personal candle. We got so much more out of the session. We learned a lot about different types of wicks, wax, and other information required to make candles, as well as candle care. Sari was very friendly, fun and informative and the time absolutely flew by!”
