“First time trying pottery and this class was a great intro to wheel throwing! Eddie was personable, friendly and a lovely instructor. Starting off with a brief introduction and a demo, Eddie spent the class wandering around assisting and supporting a class full of beginners with patience and kindness. Reassuring us that it’s normal to find it difficult at first and a bit awkward to begin with, Eddie made sure we all at least walked away with one piece each by the end of the class. 2 1/2 hours easily flew by with how much fun we were all having. Would recommend and keen to come back to practice the art of wheel throwing. Looking forward to coming back in 6-8 weeks to pick up our pieces. Good value for 2 1/2hrs and you get to keep up to 4 pieces with additional $5/piece if you make more and want to keep them. Keep in mind you only get to choose one glaze option for all of your pieces at the end. Great way to catch up with a loved one, learn something new and have a bit of fun!”
“My partner and I had a great time in this class. The instructor, Eddie, was super nice and helpful, and the class size was small. There was no limit on the amount of clay you could use, which came in handy for beginners such as ourselves. We both ended up with 3 pieces that we can’t wait to pick up once they are glazed. We are looking forward to an opportunity to go back and have another go at throwing clay now that we’ve built a little bit of confidence.”

Under the watchful eye of our friendly and skilled instructor Tahni, every person attending created several useful pieces of pottery which will be fired and glazed for us to collect in a few weeks.
The experience was valuable, confidence was quickly developed with the quality equipment set in a friendly space. Tahni assisted as required to ensure we were all satisfied with what we created.
