The dumplings class was so good specially with the guidance of our teacher, Michelle, who taught us the 3 styles and been so patient with us when not following instructions.

Teacher taught us how to make 3 shapes of Dumplings and it was a lot of fun. We got to eat our dumplings after and could take some home.

My sister and I really enjoyed this dumping making class. We made 3 different types of dumpling - veg, pork and combination and quite a few different designs. They were then served 3 different ways - steamed, pan fried and deep fried. Dan ran our class. He was easy going, fun to chat with and experienced. I would happily recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun and easy cooking experience.

I expected to learn how to make dumplings but I didn't expect to have so much fun doing it! It's playdoh for adults and you get to eat your mistakes (and your delicious successes)! I will definitely be using these new skills at home. Thank you for a great class!

We attended Honkas Bar & Eats a team building event and everyone was thrilled with the outcome. Not only do they teach you multiple ways to make dumplings, but they serve them up at the end in various styles. We also had 2x employees who are gluten intolerant and the staff went above and beyond to serve alternative ingredients.

In the class we combined the pre-measured ingredients for both a pork based dumpling and veg dumpling. The teacher showed us a few different folds. After we made our dumplings they cooked our dumplings three different ways. The only note I have is that the class would have benefitted from more instruction as most in the class were beginners and struggled with some of the techniques.

The dumplings were tasty. I don't think I would call her a 'teacher' but she facilitated the session well enough. The venue was loud and it was hard to hear her, she could have moved around the table more to demonstrate instead of stay in one place. For people who had never made dumplings before, it was a good experience. I imagine, for someone who has grown up making and eating dumplings, it was lacking. Thankfully, most of the group were new to dumplings, so it was an enjoyable experience.
