“A very enjoyable few hours making HEAPS of dumplings (about 50!) and two very tasty cocktails. The drinks were simple to make and the dumplings even easier. The teachers were enthusiastic, especially Roslyn, which made for a very fun experience. I was surprised that the dumplings we made were cooked in 3 different ways, which made for an interesting eat.
