“Recieved a warm welcome upon arrival, instructors were up for a chat and did a great job at creating a fun space for all attendees and broke the ice so groups can mingle. Cocktails were great, and the instructor informative - telling the class of various changes you can make and how to do them at home. The dumpling portion was great, and a bit more fast paced, and allowed you to learn various ways of folding dumplings. The staff prepared your dumplings in 3 ways to finish off the session.
