“This class was cancelled by the teacher or Class Bento admin (Veronica)? 2 days prior to its advertised date. Unfortunately, the emailed notification of the cancellation went to my spam folder and I was not aware of the cancellation until Veronica phoned me the day before the event was scheduled. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend a substitute class on the alternate dates offered. I now await reimbursement of the course fee paid.
I remain hopeful that Class Bento may schedule this course on a future date that I will be able to attend.”
