As some one who is Indian & has grown up eating Indian food & watching how it is cooked, I was really impressed by Bhavna’s depth of knowledge and application of food chemistry which enabled a much deeper understanding of why the food is cooked and flavours layered the way it is. She made the class incredibly fun as well as somehow managing to show us how to make a wide variety of dishes with plenty of practical tips and hints to help us translate the learning back to our own kitchens. “What a fantastic time we all had on the course! Packed full of useful information about how to get really good tasting Indian food in a way that doesn't involve hours and hours of work. Plenty of hints and tips on how to make life easier that gives me loads of hope that I should be able to do something similar.
