“The food was delicious. The ingredients were all familiar, but the cooking techniques and sauces were new and interesting. Sumi is a great teacher and was very patient. She ran a demo explaining the dish, tools and substitutions we could use, and then we made the meal ourselves. Sumi helped us present the food into small dishes, and we had a beautiful restaurant quality meal on the table. I've made the mushroom and sesame salad at home already, and will remake many of the recipes I learned”
