“A really wonderful day spent in the home of Chef Jacqui, creating a delicious meal of mushroom vol-au-vent, green peppercorn beef fillet and Belgian chocolate hazelnut praline tarts. Learnt knife skills, how to prepare and portion meat sizes and tips about using puff and sweet short crust pastry. Really liked the fact that it was a small group and the meal Chef Jacqui taught us to prepare was simply delicious - 5* restsurant quality. I left feeling inspired and more confident with my cooking.”
