“Jacqui is a great chef who generously shared lots of tips she learned as a professional chef. She also had a few interesting stories to tell about her experience in the kitchen.
The menu was fantastic: Quail with Brandy & Raisin sauce, Barramundi with a Beurre Blanc sauce and Crème Brûlée to finish. I was very happy to learn a few new techniques and I can now butterfly a quail with confidence! Thanks for a wonderful experience. Jacqui is a great teacher and a very welcoming host. I’d award her an A+ if she was my student !”
